At Samrith Enterprise, we strive to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order if the product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. To initiate a return request, customers may contact our support team and provide clear photos of the product along with the order details for verification.
Products eligible for return must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all packaging intact. Once the return request is approved, customers will receive instructions regarding the return process. In some cases, we may arrange a return pickup through our courier partner, or customers may be asked to ship the product back to us.
After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval of the refund or replacement. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Please note that returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection of color or design, or personal preference, unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
